Their pizzas are hand-stretched and cooked in 60 seconds (!) at over 400 degrees centigrade. The light, nourishing, slow-proved dough, made with a blend of 100% organic flours from independent UK millers, really sets them apart.

Their tomato sauce is homemade with 100% organic, fair-trade tomatoes and they use excellent quality cheeses from a family-owned Italian importer and local and organic fresh veg and herbs.
