Elkin Robinson is a singer-songwriter, musician and producer from the Caribbean island Old Providence. He describes his music as “Caribbean Folk”, a sound that is born from the combination of different Caribbean rhythms and styles such as mento, calypso, polka and folk.
The songs he composes are influenced by the culture, lifestyle and nature of his island. His music praises the sea, fishing, human relationships and elements of nature, such as the sun.
